I do, in my heart and soul, believe the business is slowly coming back. I have friends who are getting staffed for the first time, friends choosing between multiple job offers, and OWAs are starting to come in at almost pre-strike levels. Yay! But as work comes back, so does a question: how much work do you need to do for free?
